Undoubtedly, in a century marked by great technological advances<\/p>

but also by setbacks<\/i>,<\/p>

as humanity as a whole, we cannot accept<\/p>

this \u201cunprecedented disgrace\u201d<\/b> that we are \u201cmade to endure\u201d<\/b><\/p>

(nihilism <\/i>is terrible, after all)<\/p>

The question that troubles me in this period is:<\/p>

Who is making me live this?<\/b><\/p>

What?<\/i><\/p>

What thought?<\/i><\/p>

What mistake?<\/i><\/p>

Of course, I am not looking for a \u201cperson\u201d.<\/i><\/p>

My intention is certainly not to \u201cstand up\u201d.<\/i><\/p>

While saying \u201ctremendous progress in this and that\u201d,<\/p>

I don’t know how many years or centuries ago,<\/p>

Is it really so understandable<\/p>

that in the vast expanse of America<\/p>

there isn’t even a factory to sew \u201ccloth masks\u201d?<\/p>

Because all the sewing machines that would produce them<\/p>

are in the Far East, in front of the \u201cslave labourers\u201d<\/p>

who make clothes for \u201cluxury brands\u201d.<\/p>

Is there not a \u201cworldview distortion\u201d<\/i><\/p>

a \u201csystemic failure\u201d,<\/i><\/p>

a \u201clack of foresight\u201d,<\/i><\/p>

a \u201cneglect of preparation\u201d,<\/i><\/p>

a \u201csupport for error\u201d,<\/i><\/p>

a \u201cmercy deficit\u201d<\/i><\/p>

a \u201cdelusion\u201d<\/b><\/p>

in all this?<\/p>

Because they have never crushed an ant,<\/p>

never broken a single branch in their lives,<\/p>

and are certain that they have \u201cnever harmed nature\u201d,<\/p>

they do not ask themselves these questions,<\/p>

enjoying a \u201cnarrow-minded comfort\u201d<\/p>

of \u201cpeace of mind\u201d.<\/p>

Or, for some, even turning into<\/p>

\u201ca new distinction\u201d<\/i> that is completely unnecessary<\/p>

and suddenly brought up without hesitation,<\/p>

actually left behind in ancient times<\/p>

\u2018science lovers\u2019<\/b><\/p>

(what a problematic combination)<\/p>

to overcome all problems<\/p>

by placing excessive trust in a \u201cchic\u201d<\/i> stance, if anything.<\/p>

Yet, how late it is,<\/p>

for all \u201cpresumptions of innocence\u201d<\/i> in every field touched by the human hand and mind.<\/p>

Attempts to explain it with phrases like \u201cthis subject runs deep\u201d, \u201cprimordial\u201d,<\/p>

\u201csurvival instinct\u201d,<\/p>

\u201cgenetic chain unbroken for centuries\u201d,<\/p>

etc.,<\/p>

are they really enough for us:<\/p>

Ganyan<\/i> results,<\/p>

announced that day which one finished ahead<\/p>

\u201clife-and-death results<\/b>\u201d,<\/p>

like a Bergman film figure<\/b> trying to stall Azrael<\/b> who appeared in front of him while fleeing the plague<\/b>,<\/p>

while we hid in our home<\/p>

and were buried in our armchair -isolated-<\/i> watching?<\/p>

Suppose someone else, in a similar way,<\/p>

because of a mistake,<\/p>

an oversight,<\/p>

walking around in rubber boots that are impermeable to the knee,<\/p>

with such a thin neck?<\/p>

No, they wouldn’t.<\/p>

Because there were people who would \u2018stand up\u2019.<\/b><\/p>

Now there are no such people\u2014apparently.<\/i><\/p>

Just like the virus<\/i>.<\/p>

That is precisely the problem.<\/p>

People are being \u2018controlled\u2019<\/i> by their most basic instinct:<\/p>

Fear for their lives.<\/b><\/p>

With uncertainty.<\/i><\/p>

That’s why everyone is afraid of each other.<\/p>

That’s why we can no longer offer each other<\/p>
