All orders placed on psikeart.com are shipped to our customers via courier. There are a few important points to note when the courier delivers your order. Your orders are delivered to the contracted courier within an average of 3 working days. An email is sent to you regarding the order given to the courier, indicating the courier reference number for your order. Deliveries are not made on Sundays as courier companies do not operate on that day.
How should I receive the courier package?
As the courier company is racing against time, they want to deliver the product and leave immediately, but there is a sensitive issue. You should not sign the courier form before receiving your courier package. Before signing the courier receipt, please check whether the box of your product is damaged due to transport. If the box is damaged for any reason, return your box to the courier representative for a report to be filed without signing any delivery documents. We will send you new products immediately. Psikeart.com is not responsible for any damage or missing items inside the package if a product with a damaged box is accepted. Is there any deformation in the delivered package? If you suspect that the package delivered by the courier company is deformed or that the products inside may be damaged, open the package in the presence of the courier and check the physical condition of your order before signing the delivery form. If you do not see any problems, sign the delivery form. If you believe that any of the products inside the box have been damaged in any way, do not accept delivery of the products and request a shipping damage report from the courier. (Please do not accept delivery of products for which a report has been filed. The products must be returned to psikeart.com.) Products for which a report has been filed will be replaced and re-shipped to you.
Defective, dented, broken, or damaged delivery.
The courier company’s responsibility is to provide secure transportation for your purchase from psikeart.com and deliver it safely to the correct recipient. If the product is damaged, you can go to the courier branch and file a report. Once the product reaches us with the report you have filed, your exchange will be processed immediately. RETURNS The right to return any cosmetic product is subject to the condition that the product’s packaging is unopened, undamaged, and the product is unused. The shipping cost for products returned due to the right of return is the responsibility of the BUYER.
To complete your return: The product to be returned must be sent in its original packaging/box. (Example: Products with shipping labels affixed to the original box and sealed with shipping tape will not be accepted.) The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received. The “Product Return Form” on the back of the invoice must be completed in full. The product to be returned must be unused. Returns of products that have lost their resale value and cannot be purchased by another customer will not be accepted. If the product invoice is issued in the name of a corporate company, you must send it together with a “Return Invoice” issued by the company, stating “Product Unit Price + VAT”, for the return process. Returns for orders with invoices issued in the name of companies cannot be completed without a “Return Invoice”. NOTE: Before processing your return, your order will be reviewed by a psikeart.com Returns Specialist. If it is deemed necessary to inspect the product you wish to return, it will be sent to the brand’s authorised service centre or supplier for inspection. Please contact psikeart.com only regarding product returns. All return requests must be reported to psikeart.com Customer Service and sent by courier to psikeart.com. If you are not a taxpayer, when returning the product you have purchased, you must fill in the relevant return section on the invoice belonging to our company, sign it, and send it back to us with the product. Otherwise, your return will not be completed. When Your Return is Processed: When your return is processed, you will automatically receive an information email. The time it takes for your return to appear on your statement varies depending on your bank. The refunded amount will appear as a credit balance on your statement within 10 business days. psikeart.com cannot intervene in this process. If there is any delay, you can obtain detailed information from your bank.
